The Committee for Open Democracy is an NGO based in Florida, USA, that monitors elections worldwide. Founded in 2010, COD has observed 24 elections in 9 countries. Countries include Ukraine, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Albania, Lithuania, and the United Kingdom.
