Vlore, Albania – COD is pleased to officially observe the Albanian Parliamentary elections on June 23, 2013. Teams of veteran election observers focused their efforts on the city of Vlore, where the campaign was most hotly contested, to ensure a free and fair vote count that reflects the will of the voters.
